How do I connect THE CYLINDER?
If you’re new to using gas cylinders, don’t worry, we’ve put together a handy guide to help you.
Your first purchase
You’ll need to pay for the rental of your composite cylinder. The agreement confirms the cylinder remains the property of Composite Cylinders Limited and can be exchanged for returned at anytime. Simply agree to our Terms and Conditions. When the cylinder is empty simply place an order for a pre-filled cylinder and make sure the empty cylinder is available for collection at the same time we deliver your refill.
Which regulator do I need?
Our handy guide can help to explain all you need to know. Each cylinder is fitted with a valve that must be connected to the correct regulator.
Patio Gas
Patio Gas Propane 5kg and 10kg cylinders must be connected with the correct regulator, which is a 27mm clip on, 37mbar regulator.
CARAVAN Gas
Caravan Gas Propane 5kg and 10kg cylinders must be connected with the correct regulator, which is a screw-in 37mbar regulator.
Please do not try and force an incorrect regulator onto the cylinder, this could damage the cylinder valve as well as being dangerous. If your appliance is not fitted with the correct regulator please contact your local gas appliance retailer or search online for the correct regulator.

AGREE TO OUR Ts & Cs
The first time you order your gas cylinder you will need to complete a Cylinder Rental Agreement, this will only be required once, providing we can collect and exchange your cylinder each time we deliver a refill cylinder.

You will receive a confirmation message confirming receipt of your order, your order number and any other relevant details.
Delivery
A message to confirm delivery date and estimated am/pm arrival will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please make sure you contact our logistic company if this time isn’t suitable. For refills make sure the empty cylinder is available for collection at the same time we deliver your refill.
